Best way to describe this office is garbage. The lack of care and compassion from this office is disgusting. When you see your loved one struggle due to the neglect from them it's hard. You can have back surgery, have concerns about something that is not right and be told to call your primary care Dr with the suggestion of a broken leg (leg was never broke) Which has now led to an ER visit. Not to mention when you call the office no one answers the phone.
It took 10 days to get a scheduling call back after a provider ordered a neurology consult.
I hope I never have to go back here, I hope nobody gets treated the way I was, I hope I can find real medical attention soon.
Worst clinic ever. Never got a text, phone call or email about a time, location, nothing to know what was going on. I called 2 days before appointment to verify and was told a time and that I would get a text that night. No text recieved. Showed up at verified time and was told sorry your appointment started 30 minutes ago. Will not recommend to any one. Not to mention I drove 2+ hours in a snow storm to be there.
