Have called many times to get appointment setup to see a pain doctor and I never get a call back. Poor communication
I love Dr chaloha but I have gone through literal he'll on multiple occasions to get my prescriptions refilled. None of the nurses answer my calls or reply back to me on my chart. I have made several complaints and nothing changes. I have been currently out of my medication for 5 days and have made countless calls to the physicians clinic to get it resolved. I feel as a client I should not have to go through this much trouble just to get a prescription filled.
Dr Cheloha is amazing. She actually listens to you and explains things in language a common person understands. I've never had her suggest unnecessary treatment and I have very good health insurance. I'd recommend her to anyone.
Came to my second appointment because the doctor had to leave my first appointment to deliver a baby (understandable). Long story short I arrived at my appointment 4:20. The office took 5 minutes to enter my information into the new system. The doctor felt it took too long and walked out the back door.
Doctors and nurses are great! But the department that does prior authorization is terrible. I have been 3 1/2 weeks without my diabetes medicine because they refuse to fill it out to have doctor sign it and send back to pharmacy so I can get my diabetes medicine. Thought last year was a fluke, but I guess this is their norm.
