I called to get an appointment with Dr Spinazzi and the person I spoke with (after I told her we have cash and medicare), stated we don’t accept cash and medicare, I will have to call University Health Care. Since when does a physician’s office not accept cash? I wonder if the doctors are aware they don’t accept cash, or is it just the people who schedule appointments.
The scheduling alone was a nightmare. I've never been to this place or had an appointment prior to this and the girl swore up and down that I missed my last appointment. Anyways, I called the Bossier location, scheduled, showed up and they said my appointment was in Shreveport and a totally different day. Why would anyone call the Bossier location and get a Shreveport appointment? Why?!?!?
the receptionist are the absolute worst!!! They don't care about the person on the other line your better off just talking to a computer has a attitude every time I call up there EVERY SIGNAL TIME!!!!!!!!! I love Dr. Spann but my lord to try and get in to see the doctor when your actually sick and making a appt through receptionist is like pulling teeth they don't give a rats ass about the person on the other line nor do they try and help the situation out to accommodate the customer.
