Coolant leaked from my vehicle at I-84E, mile 17.6 in Middletown, NY. I called roadside service, and they responded within 15 minutes saying someone would come to fix my car. However, the person who arrived scammed me and did not do the job properly. He poured 5 gallons from an antifreeze container and five plastic bottles of water into my vehicle, and then charged me $605.58. I got clutch failure and and got fix whole entire new clutch, for my semi truck freight liner Cascadia, and they were pretty quick and very reliable and knowledgeable, Mr RUSS is a great person, he is a foreman over there, holding very good experience with his job, and Mr mike he is the owner of that shop, he explained me in detail about pricing and it was pretty good and reasonable, I am writing this review after driving my truck almost 1000miles, looks excellent and I really appreciated for their help &support, I strongly ... read more

Very rude staff, called to get pricing for a Tow and Nicole starts yelling at me. Me and my co driver are calling shops to get pricing I guess he spoke with her but forgot the price so i call back because that’s the shop we decided on. Last starts screaming at me on the phone saying she already gave him the price. I’d avoid this shop till they train their staff in better service and communication

Pirates 100% Just looking for opportunity to charge you for the work they are not capable to do. And when you explain to them that they haven't solved the problem, fix nothing, they threaten to tow the truck. Insane!?!
