Johnathan came out to look at my truck and he was amazing very personable, professional, diligent and knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions and explained anything thoroughly. Sadly my issue wasn't something that could be fixed on the roadside but it wasn't from a lack of trying. The tow driver was also very pleasant and professional. Great customer service. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, would definitely recommend!
The worst service and unprofessional place. Truck wasn’t moving at rest area of middle town called took them 3 to 4 to show up. 1st diagnostic they said sensor,cable or MIs communication from computer to Trammission Friday morning 2nd diag was actuator 2 n 3 not active. 3rd diagnostic at 2 pm said clutch and transmission my truck didn’t have any codes asked for a quote at 2 pm Friday didn’t receive it until Monday noon and the only thing it said transmission 8,675.00 asked bill for the towing and diagnostic they gave me the ... read more
Good service fast repair ,price per hour reasonable with this economy they trying to get you the best price on parts girl in the office Nicole is also good to dial with parts prices !
They have good inshop service, there are good mechanics. I do not know about other services
