Has failed for years to answer my concern.
Karen has been a great Strata Manager for our unit. She is very professional and responds to inquiries and requests promptly. If there is a problem, Karen is on to it immediately, and executes work orders in a timely manner, which we appreciate. We find she is easy to deal with and is very personable. We have found all of the staff at Merimbula, including Heather and Bev, equally communicative.
As a member of the Body Corporate of our complex we have been most satisfied with the standard of support provided by Bev of the Merimbula Office. We acknowledge that our comments relate solely to our splendid relationship with Bev. We have found her most able and professional in all our dealings with her, noting her business acumen, broad knowledge of Strata Management matters and her prompt attention to answering our questions and taking necessary action where required.
