Edit to add...have increased monthly rent yet again. Online price for new customers much lower than for long term established customers. New owners went up on price within the first month of acquiring units yet they advertise much lower prices on their website. Long standing customers obviously do not matter to them. Customer service is terrible. I have called 10 times and emailed 3 times attempting to get a return call on a promotion that they offered but they refuse to return calls and honor their promotion.
I know three people that have storage units there and they change the prices a lot and that should be illegal. Bad business
Very rude management I had an agreement on the storage unit on the price due to hardship they lied argue with me call me a liar I moved in there with no roaches went to go get something out my unit is infested they do not return phone calls and they do not keep agreements mines going to be turned over to an attorney you will never get to speak to no one but support and never get a answer they stole my money twice this month get the same answer lost everything due to roaches. 2 owner or management will not respond
Issues since new ownership took over. Cheaper options elsewhere. Charged me for a unit and emailed me that they are upping the rent on it 3/1. Building caught fire 2/14, took weeks to even get March refunded let alone try and get any money back from February on a unit I couldn’t access. Go elsewhere
