The unit was clean when I got it they dont tell u how to open the door the first night I stood there in the pouring rain trying to get the door open couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong went back during the daylight spent another good half hour before I discovered that u have to push up a little on the silver bracket they also dont tell u that if u wanna close ur account u need to send them a Pic of the storage unit is empty so I had to go do that first before I could go to work today wasn't impressed guess they keep u... read more
I rented this storage unit because it was $54/month. About one month later, I received a notice increasing it to $79. After I complained, they reduced it to $64. Now, only a few months later, they’ve raised it again, this time to $92. I rent a storage unit to store my belongings… not to renegotiate my monthly rent every few months. Edit to add again…just received notice of another significant increase within three months of the last one. The entire grounds are unkempt with grass growing in front of each unit so the rental increases are certainly not being used to keep the buildings/grounds up. Edit to add...have increased monthly rent yet again. Online price for new customers much lower than for long term established customers. New owners went up on price within the first month of acquiring units yet they advertise much lower prices on their website. L... read more
Edit to add...have increased monthly rent yet again. Online price for new customers much lower than for long term established customers. New owners went up on price within the first month of acquiring units yet they advertise much lower prices on their website. Long standing customers obviously do not matter to them. Customer service is terrible. I have called 10 times and emailed 3 times attempting to get a return call on a promotion that they offered but they refuse to return calls and honor their promotion.
