No details but your gate is broken
New owners went up on price within the first month of acquiring units yet they advertise much lower prices on their website. Long standing customers obviously do not matter to them. Customer service is terrible. I have called 10 times and emailed 3 times attempting to get a return call on a promotion that they offered but they refuse to return calls and honor their promotion.
