Regional Radiology's Fraudulent Billing Practices I went to Regional Radiology to have my back x-rayed as a result of an on-the job injury. Since I had already filed a Worker's Compensation claim, My insurance company, not me, was responsible for paying the bill. When my insurance company only paid about $75 of a $175 bill, Regional Radiology proceeded to bill me directly for the difference.
