Starting with Carol in Registration, I had a great experience. Carol came right over, helped me get registered and her sweet demeanor set the tone. I went upstairs, pleasant woman at the desk and very nice technician did my sonogram. Place is well kept, and I did not wait long.
I Needed a knee x-ray today. I was taken immediately. Very impressed with the kindness of the technician. I was in and out in 20 mins. Received the report shortly thereafter. My doctor also received the report . I’m awaiting a CD Overall excellent experience Thanks NYU!
They were efficient and they treated me good. Also they have good security.
Is the worst ever nobody answered the phone if you tried to get a report or something you have to go yourself it's crazy facility crazy business I hope you close and somebody take over because it's the worst service ever nobody answers the phone nobody give you a good service the answer service horrible
