As a therapy provider, I’m concerned about this practice. I became aware of a MyChart messaging stream from a patient that was intended for Nurse Practitioner Klimbal. The message was your run of the mill questioning about a medication and the NP’s decision to prescribe it. The patient expressed concerns of mood changes that appeared worse to her.
