The staff and physical therapist are AWESOME. The insurance filing is crap. At work, our insurance changed. I was forced to use the “cash” price up front which is $85 a visit. When insurance got corrected, they paid correctly. Regional only reimbursed me partial payment because of how they set it up at first. . I guess they kept the rest for themselves. Maybe they will use my money to take my the PT people out to lunch. DON’T DO THE CASH PRICE.
RecommendedJust finished therapy today after having a total knee replacement in Dec. 2019. To be honest therapy was one of the things I dreaded most! I thought I will just curl up on the floor in pain. Therapy wasn’t like that at all. My therapist,Dale was awesome, as were the assistants. Everyone is friendly, caring, courteous and fun to be around. Can’t say enough about what a great experience it was. I would recommend Regional Therapy to anyone who needs some therapy.
Everyone is friendly and very professional!!! I haven't worked with everybody there to help me get back on track, but everyone knows my name. And that makes me feel absolutely comfortable and a feeling that they care about getting me better!!! Jeremy Grisel is awesome, along with Miguel and Landon!!! Therapist are not recognized enough for the hard work and dedication they give everyday they walk in those doors!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!
People there are so friendly. My therapist was Landon and he understood that I have limitations. No one ever made me feel like I was not doing my part in my therapy. I love all the people there.
The staff here, from front desk to assistants to therapists, are friendly, professional, hard-working, and knowledgeable. I have had a great experience and am moving toward recovery in a way I could not do on my own and did not experience elsewhere in town. Morgan is an awesome PT! Highly recommend.
Regional Therapy Center is the #1 group of Therapists I have dealt with.. The entire staff is cordial, knowledgeable, and make therapy enjoyable.. I give a 5+++ STARS RATING..
