nobody could help us with our fruit/drain fly problem, mike gave us some incredible advice and direct instructions that also helped with our budgeting and now they are gone. HIGHLY recommend.
Called Michael regarding a wasp problem at my cousins house and he attended within 20 mins to take a look. Gave a full assessment and our options to sort the issue including a step by step guide to solving ourselves, we decided to ask Michael to do for us as he is the expert. He came back a couple of days later as agreed did the work at the agreed price and problem solved. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and honest, would have no hesitation whatsoever in using his services in the future.
I would highly recommend Michael for wasp nest removal. I was given options and had everything explained so clearly. He even explained how I could fix the problem myself! (Talk about honest.) I called with an issue about a wasp problem coming into my basement, over the phone Mike was able to diagnose and give me next steps free of charge while assuring me that if he was needed he would be able to help. After the weekend I was still having issues and was able to have him out in two days, he quickly found the nest and we were able to fix the issue.
