I called with an issue about a wasp problem coming into my basement, over the phone Mike was able to diagnose and give me next steps free of charge while assuring me that if he was needed he would be able to help. After the weekend I was still having issues and was able to have him out in two days, he quickly found the nest and we were able to fix the issue. I appreciate his professionalism and patience in such an anxiety inducing situation. Would recommend to any and everyone!

We called Mike on a Sunday morning about a hornet issue behind our chimney, which was resulting in hornets getting into our house. Through every part of our communication, he was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He made time to come and inspect the issue that very afternoon - giving us our options without any pressure. The reviews are true! Mike is the man. He came by - found the holes, found the nest, and told me the next steps that I can do - and if it doesn't work - then call him. Who does that anymore? Free consultation and a to do list - and use him as a last resort. My faith in humanity is restored. Thanks Mike!
