Ambulance ride was fine. Never received bill but began receiving phone calls from a "debt collector" threatening me. Turns out they had an incorrect address. Although paramedic received correct information from me on driver's licence and insurance, it took more than a year to get my refund back from the company. Spent several times on the phone - each taking almost 10 minutes to get some type of response. Horrible customer service.
