It’s pretty bad that the people would lie about what happened and the they act like they don’t care if you take them court over it
The driver was very rude. They pulled up to the nursing home extremely fast made a fast stop there about maybe 10 minutes before I went outside and asked what was the problem. The driver jumped out and says, and a very nasty tone. My partner was doing paperwork from that point she was really rude. Her partner was OK, never will use them again, but any emergency very unprofessional
This isn't related to their services to the community but im a server and I consider that contributing i pay my bills by tips. They don't tip.
Had to reach them by 911 because they would not answer the phone. Then they didn't know how to work the equipment that we called about. Had the company's directions pulled up. They kept insisting it was the battery for it. It was not, and I had REPEATEDLY told them what had happened to make it go off and give the error. Apparently they can't read and had to have another person tell them what it said AFTER I had shown and told them, again REPEATEDLY.
