I had a great experience with Dr. Owsley and his office staff. I was being seen for a TMJ evaluation and X-rays. While no actual issues with my jaw or the joint were found on x ray, he did talk with me for a while and make suggestions that may help improve my jaw pain caused my teeth clenching. Not sure what all the bad reviews about his office staff are about…they were all friendly and helpful at my visit! Would recommend!
The front office staff was extremely rude. My wife had surgery with this surgeon several years ago, and our dentist recommended him, so we scheduled a consultation. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the overall experience. After the consultation, I stood at the front desk for about five minutes waiting for assistance and was completely ignored. All I can say is thank you. I had already had a HORRIFIC time at a previous oral surgery facility behind Walmart in Cookeville. I told the care team here the traumatic experience I had previously had and my concerns and fears. They listen to everything that I was feeling. Reassured me made the entire experience extremely comfortable and they were super comforting. I felt absolutely nothing. The doctor was very nice to me. I have nothing but kind things to say about this office.

Everyone is so kind here! I had all wisdom teeth plus another tooth extracted and it was a great experience. My nurse was sweet as can be and eased my anxiety and Dr O is great! Very informative and he even called to check on me today to see how I was doing. Highly recommend to any others looking for an oral surgeon! Any future work i may need will be done here.
