Currently having physical rehab at Region One downtown. They have been very nice, friendly, and responds immediately when called. The therapists, Nurses, Assistants and Dr's are really concerned for your health. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are very nice. It also has a fold out chair and a family or friend can stay also. It also has a dining area used for entertainment, games to play, books etc. I would highly recommend here, very, very clean, quite and very secure!!! A+++Very caring.

I have a family member in the care of regional one rehabilitation. He is recovering from a traumatic brain injury and spinal fracture- a nurses assistant left my family member unattended on the side of the bed (despite orders not to) where he fell from the bed and hit his head on the floor. This nurse then proceeded to blame my family member asking him “what did you do?!” When this was clearly a form of neglect and intended to shame my family member. I couldn’t be more displeased with how this interaction went.

I had an MRI performed at Regional One Health today. The women that work here are like mother's in that they're so caring. Everyone always ask "how are you doing" even if you just past by them and are so patient and so caring during the procedure. I felt so comfortable before, during and after. Everything went well and quick, they are very well trained. Also the place is so clean!!
