If you are looking for a medical billing company, do not use RMR. The owner is non-responsive to your questions and concerns. Billing was not taken care of in a timely manner, and is now costing me thousands of dollars in charges that were never filed and/or followed up on. I would do much of the leg work, providing my biller with monthly summaries of charges that needed to be taken care of, and would be waiting month after month to get simple charges processed. Ms. ****** was a customer since 2014 (6 years) where she experience strong service, a discounted rate over her contracted rate and experienced strong collections. Surely a person who would give a rating of 1 star would not stay with a company for six years if the services were 1 out of 5 starts.
