The visit to RMI was excellent before I arrived. My iphone map assistance took me a back road way a couple miles from the actual office. I called & they answered immediately and stayed on the phone while guiding me there. She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
The facility was very clean & nicely decorated. The staff was friendly & professional.
