I am very grateful for the outstanding service I have received at this Douglasville facility. The entire staff is phenomenal. Adrianna at the front desk was very polite and courteous in all her interactions with me during every visit. She answered all my questions, both face-to-face and over the phone. She is a very nice young lady. Also, Juan, the medical assistant is an excellent guy. He too was friendly and courteous in his interactions with me. And he showed genuine concern for my injuries. I visited the regional medical facility in Douglasville, ga. I was created with your appointment has been cancelled and not sure anyone didn’t tell me. I asked why and was told that due to the time in between the last appt it had to be approved by a case manager. Going back to the week prior to setting the appointment,The case manager Kesha wanted to speak to my attorney first. I received a call back from a young lady I.
