Hi, Just wanted to drop in and give an update on my experience today with this company. This is honestly one company I can admit that has a switchboard operator that actually knows what she’s doing and isn’t just transferring people places because she doesn’t feel like doing her job! I spoke with a Tennille this morning who had to listen to me be so frustrated about an issue I was having. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tennille when she answered the phone for me she had great customer service and provided me with the information I needed.
I’ve spoken with a rep today by the name of Tennille. She’s made my entire morning. I usually don’t have verify good luck when it comes to calling in to customer service and switchboards. However, she was extremely kind, patient and friendly. Made sure I was heard as a customer and I finally found a company that transferred my call to the proper department THE FIRST TIME I ask !
