Just wanted to take the time out and thank this facility and their staff. My wife has been seeing them the last couple weeks and Kendra at the front desk always has a smile on her face when we enter the building. She was very helpful and took the time out to help us fill out paperwork. Definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking.
To everyone at the Columbus Ga facility, thank you all. They always seem to make it right, they always seem to put a smile on my face, even when in pain. Rebecca you are the first method of contact for all that come through that door, and you stay kind and professional. I'm definitely appreciative of that. My issue was resolved even though it could have been pushed off/ You Rebecca, made things right. Keep doing what you do.
This facility is absolutely amazing! Whether over the phone or in person, everyone there is incredible. Rebecca, Hakima and Josh have literally been there since day 1 and I really appreciate them all. I can’t speak for every Regional Medical Group location, but the Columbus Ga location deserves 100 stars!
