Recently I was seeing a behavioral Dr and the nurses there are terrible. They don't listen to me and they decide the care you should get instead of talking to the Dr. I had one nurse tell me that the Dr doesn't want to talk to me anymore and to stop calling. This is when I was having issues with meds and I wasn't feeling right and needed it changed. My husband said the visit and Dr it were great! The billing on the other hand is NOT good! Offer a 20%on cash discount, but only if you pay in first 30 days. Fair enough, but you dont get the bill in mail until 45 days later?! Fishy.. It is really unfortunate that they don't offer pay at the window when done and give the discount then. Amazing Dr and nurses, not so good billing. Stay on top of your bill. 20% is hard earned cash I would rather keep
