They were VERY RUDE to my daughter when she went to get her insurance card THAT THEY FAILED TO GIVE BACK! Then it took 45 minutes to go and look in the safe for it. I might add there was 6 of them standing up at the reception area doing nothing! WAY TO TREAT YOUR LOCALS
