I am very pleased with the office staff. Everyone is pleasant, courteous and helpful. Dr. Thomas G. Chaisson is my doctor. I am extremely pleased with how attentive he is and doesn't mind listening to my alternative natural health use of supplements. The doctors are so down to earth. Very kind and have your health and wellbeing as a first priority.
No follow up on my lab work. I waited almost two weeks and no one published them to the web portal or called me. I called the office and got a big run around!! Not satisfied. Maybe someone should call ma and give me my full results!!! I switched to this doctor because my previous doctor was not available
