Make sure to always make and keep a copy of whether it's check or money order of the payment you make. These people will keep sending you letters stating that you owed even if you already paid. And to confuse you, they will keep going to the previous year saying that you owed from that year which your payment covered. Sometimes, they will cash out the check but not updated in the system, and you will have to go to your bank to take bank statement to prove your payment. Their system is so archaic.

Just so bad! There aren't even enough words to explain. Very frustrating with the billing and outrageous charges. I missed a few years and calculated that they charged over 300% extra in late fees. We never even got a billing from them. They told me that they don't send paper billings. But they figure out how to add up the fees and eventually send you a bill. We have received billing in prior years and then it stopped. I have also seen other individual's billings. Just terrible! And inconsistent!
