Terrible parking Terrible customer service
Can’t ever get an answer and the automated system malfunctions all the time
Although not how I wanted to spend my time after work, Elizabeth made my visit pleasant. She was helpful, informative and made me laugh and learn about tax laws and how I could make the process less painful next year. Kudos to someone who takes a stressful situation and tries to make it better for everyone.
Prompt service and clear answers
I sat on hold for nearly an hour trying to pay my local income tax and was hung up on. Their website is useless and they are probably just another 3rd party parasite company surviving off of the taxes that should be going back to the communities that are paying for a service that does not serve the people. A day later and I see that their website says to "call during regular business hours" Come to find out they are only open on Tuesday and Thursday from 9am - 4pm meaning they are only open 14 hours a week.
