8/7/23-I signed in at 8:50a, appt at 9:00a for lab only...did not get help until 10:20a....someone really dropped the ball, but no one wants to be held accountable for the mishap, I spoke with 3 different receptionist at the desk and they all had different answer...very poor customer service..also I had an appointment at Transouth at 10:00a... oh well, thanks
If I could rate 0 I would, I have been waiting for hours when people that came in hours after me had already been in and out. Never go here again
The absolute worst experience. Didn’t know who the doctor was and they were very rude.
