My experience with Regional Homes of Dothan, Alabama was excellent Koltin Cox and Tyler. Barrett made everything easy once the trailer was delivered. Everything went smooth. I highly recommend doing business with this manufactured home dealer. If you notice the front steps was way above expectation. HORRIBLE. Do not buy from them. No customer service. No follow up. They dump the home on your land and then nothing. They told us the home we be ready in two months. Possibly sooner. Took 4 months. With NO updates. Problems with home not resolved after almost 5 months since delivery. Was told by Service Manager Jessica to Google a number for someone at Winston to help us.
