Honestly, wouldn't recommend. I have a deposit there and have texted over and over again for a deposit. No one has gotten back to me. Just really broke promises that they will find me a home. I even dropped my other trailer company and now they won't work with me because I dropped them. So thank you for nothing. I still have no home regional homes. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Blayze and Colton were great with communication, answering all our questions throughout the process and ensuring a smooth closing. Our home arrived in great condition with all the upgrades we chose, it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to find a home!
Nice selection of homes of all sizes
We’ve had a very disappointing experience with Regional Homes. Our original salesperson was excellent—he walked us through the process thoroughly and clearly explained what upgrades were available. We chose to keep the vents on the floor and upgrade to a side-by-side refrigerator, which was the only thing that was correct upon delivery. Unfortunately, several of the features we requested—like the Craftsman-style front door, farmhouse sink, and microwave—were completely missing.
