At the beginning everything was peaches and cream until I noticed something was not making sense to me. Long story short: Beata changed my mask size, I've been receiving a total of "four cushions and six filters" in three months (it is supposed to change the filters every other week). I went there with the entire sterilized and closed gear & another cushion and Beata wrote on the system she EXCHANGED THE CUSHION for the FILTERS (she THREW those filters to me)! This is incredibly frustrating, especially after being such a loyal customer for so long. It’s disappointing when companies don’t show appreciation for their long-term clients, especially when things go wrong. Asking you to verify the weight of your package seems unnecessary, especially when you’ve never had issues before.Â

Have you considered escalating the issue, maybe to a supervisor or a customer relations manager? It might help get the situation resolved in a more respectful manner.Â
