I was nervous because I didn't think I would be able to handle a machine and remember everything that goes along with it. But Betty, was so wonderful kind and patient. She explained everything clearly. I've had my machine for 1 week today and I'm so grateful and thankful for her because this week has been so easy using the machine. And i'm sleeping much better🤗🥰
I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Kathryn for my cpap fitting. She was very knowledgable and thorough and has a very calming and peaceful demeanor. Katherine walked me through the setup process and mask adjustment, making sure to show and explain how each of the pieces are placed and removed as well as cleaned. I would highly recommend seeing Kathryn at the West Springfield office for any of your cpap needs!
Went to pick up cpap , Betty was the best she walked me thru the process on it , was very patient and had strong knowledge and professionalism on the machine, definitely recommend this location
