I was very pleased to have an office appointment to get things started. During the appointment my device was setup and fitted to be sure everything was well suited for me and there was a thorough walk through on how to use it properly. It was definitely very well done by David B. and I am looking forward to using it right away! The RHC team, including customer service and therapists, has been very professional every step of the way.

I went to Regional Home Care to pick up a CPAP machine ordered by my doctor. A gentleman named David S greeted me upon arrival. He went over every aspect of CPAP therapy and the machine in great deal, making sure I had no questions along the way. I was able to choose a mask with his help. He then fit the mask to my face properly with adjustments made. He informed me that if I went home and felt I needed an adjustment or a different type of mask not to hesitate to call. Dave just left my house.My wife and i are so grateful for the time he took and his amazing patience and thoroughness. I learned a lot of good stuff today that I didn't know before in my CPAC journey.
