I have had severe sleep apnea for a few years now. I just recently received a new and updated AVS machine. Keith Brown came to me for my new setup appointment. He was really great. He was thorough, kind, respectful, and a gentleman who mad me laugh. With explaining everything about my new machine he would continuously asked if I had any questions, just to make sure that all my questions were answered. This was one of the most pleasant visits and David Stepe was wonderful at explaining how to use my machine he answered any and all my questions I would highly recommend them.
This was a visit for a re start for me. I've been very anxious about getting on a CPAP machine as the first try didn't go very well for me. David Stiple helped me and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease with getting another start. I feel much better this time around thanks to his help.
