Edit: I had a mask fitting that did not go as well as expecting and left the appointment with my CPAP. After calling regional homecare multiple times, they did agree to send out the correct fitting mask. I did receive a call from Management about my experience, and it seems that steps are being implemented to ensure better experiences for others in the future. Weeks later and still the wrong mask Size.

The technician who assisted me was very thorough, perhaps a bit too quick, in his explanations. I did have to ask for some repetition. Overall a positive first experience with Regional Home Care in Burlington, MA.
