I have been a patient for the past few months. I was introduced to the CPAP machine by Ilene, who thoroughly explained to me how to use it. Ilene's instructions were very clear. She was very patient, answered all my questions, and was very encouraging. My adjustment to the CPAP was not easy and each time when I met with her she had a way of reinforcing and encouraging the use of it.
