I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Bob and his crew for a recent septic tank replacement. The crew was on time, very professional, friendly, and quick. The price was exactly what was quoted and the work was flawless. It is extremely rare these days to find a service provider that checks all of the boxes. I will certainly give them a call if I need any HVAC or plumbing repairs in the future. I highly recommend!

Bob came out looked at my septic tank repair I needed done. Was very reassuring and went over how it needed to be repaired. Got the job done fast and I didn’t need to wait weeks after he came to look at the job. I will be sure using his services in the future.

Won't return calls, doesn't show up on time or at all, regularly leaves a mess (including paint in the carpet, mud from shoes), super unprofessional. Excuse after excuse. I'll update this if my issue ever gets fixed.

Highly Satisfied with all the crew @ Regional. They replaced my entire septic system. They handled all the engineering and permitting. They installed a state of the art Elgen leaching system with new concrete tank. They were timely and efficient, and I could not have received any better !!
