Heather took all the time needed to professionally explain the effects of my hearing loss and options to correct it.
I was not familiar with the name Hearing Life, when I asked who the audiologist was I was given the wrong information. The audiologist at the time of my appointment wasn’t the person I was expecting, she was very understanding and helpful but I did not complete the appointment
Wonderful people to work with. Everyone is so friendly, and Dr Morgan Bowlin was excellent. She was able to relate what she was describing with things I knew from small talk we had. She made me feel very comfortable with the process, and reduced a lot of the stress I was feeling about the whole process. 100% would recommend to anyone needing their services.
