I have never spoken to a more unknowledgeable or apathetic person on the phone when trying to get information about a heart and vascular screen. Casey, you need to be properly trained or find a new profession. Considering I called the Heart & Vascular Institute this is unacceptable.
Everyone that I interacted with was cordial, informative,thoughtful and took their time to listen and address my concerns. I would highly recommend!
