I had a 30-minute EEG here and a 24-hour where I stayed the night. The staff is very nice and easy to talk to. They make you feel comfortable with the process.
Was called a lier by first shift. Stating I have no sores on me from procedure and they reluctantly put the 2 blisters on my forehead down after demanding they are freckles. My right cheek has a huge sore and I have a 1 in. Cut on my left ear. Not that she wanted to report that they had the head gear on too tight nor did they care that I'm allergic to the adhesive on the tape they literally SLAPPED on my forehead last night . Amazing staff extremely friendly & caring
These employees are absolutely amazing! As a veteran recovering from a complicated brain and spinal surgery I have had my share of subpar patient care, & it was so refreshing working with people who actually care. Thank you guys so much & God bless
