Been here twice. Once in 2019 and once in 2024 and did not receive results either time. Place stunk. Place did not seem clean at all. Seemed like it was about as sanitary as a cheap motel. Someone brought their baby to work that cried all night the second time I went. So unprofessional. Was not able to get sleep with the crying baby. Still waiting for results from both appointments… one over 6 years ago now.
Had a wonderful cpap trial . Atmosphere relaxing and sleep inviting. Staff was courteous and helpful. Answered all my questions and professionally reviewed test results with me . Thank you for being patient and kind.
The woman who worked with me wreaked of cigarette smoke, equipment came lose and no one came in to connect it again, stopped breathing many times and no one came in to check on me, couldn’t sleep because they would not let me use my machine. So it was a dose and wake situation all night. They put me in a room, walked away and never came back until time to leave. They were getting ready for me to leave after 4:am.
