After many months of waiting, I was assigned to go to Fresno (2.5 hrs away from home). Personnel and Dr were very nice, attentive and dedicated. Gracias Dr. Avena
Eric Wagner runs the Visalia facility. I have never met an aspiring doctor with such a chip on his shoulder. I told him that I didn't like that from a doctor, now he makes snide comments to me when I walk passed him. He put me down as a veteran. He definitely is a detraction from the professionalism of the medical care there. I know he won't go far as a doctor.
This medical center likes to schedule appointments then re schedule them every two weeks. I’m in pain and I keep getting told that I’ll have to wait another week for the procedure that was insurance approved.
Dr. Avena was excellent. He did what he could with my situation and for that I am thankful
Finally got a Dr that got my carpotunnel surgery approved. Thank you so much.
