This practice suddenly stopped taking United Healthcare Insurance leaving Lancaster/LGH patients in a lurch. Regional GI has all of the gastro docs roped in under their practice so now patients have to go to unknown facilities for procedures as simple as a colonoscopy. It's disgusting that money comes first with them. They should be ashamed of themselves as should LGH for not hiring decent doctors.
Only 1 star rating due to HORRIBLE customer service. My doctor and medical staff are wonderful. It’s the scheduling department that’s absolutely incompetent! My doctor told me he was scheduling a test and they’d be calling me with details. After waiting 8 days I called the office. I was promised scheduling would call me back by the end of the day. No one called. This is the same place that couldn’t find my ultrasound test results and finally after I called them several times they suddenly “found” the results after a week ! T... read more
