The best customer service I’ve experienced Friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to assist.
I love my regular delivery driver however trying to get through to these guys since TGE cant help. Just wanted to give my usual delivery drivers some info on a delivery I was expecting yesterday
Regional freight express, Team Global Express, Team GE .... Synonymous with poor customer experience, poor excuses and an attitude that doesn't seem to improve their service over time. When choosing companies or purchasing products that use these services, avoid where possible. Too many times, myself and others that have been subjected to the poor service offered, especially under the banner of Team Global Express are left with late deliveries, poor excuses and a blatant disregard for honesty and legitimate customer service.
Driver was extremely rude to myself and my 84yr old mother. Very poor service. Unpleasant attitude. Complained about delivery. I Do Not reccommend this company
