I'm actually really sad I need to post this review. We've been using Regional since 2019 and the homeowners before us used them in 2015. Up until this point we've been happy with their work. We've had them out for a number of significantly large projects. In October when hurricane Helene hit our basement flooded. Regional came out and completed a massive outside job to prevent it from happening again. Very satisfied start to finish. John Edwards patiently worked with me to develop a scope of work that met our needs. Jonathan and the rest of the install crew were careful and courteous to minimize dust and debris and answer questions.
Andrew and Tony came out to install piers on part of my foundation. No complaints and the crew was very professional. The neighborhood kids were also enjoying them being there to see the holes that were dug and the excavator, which the two of them treated super nicely and talked to them to explain what they were doing. Hoping for a similar experience when the poly portion gets done.
