Excellent customer service
I've given my information to three different representatives. My credit was ran three times. I completed the verification process that was sent to me. Proof of income, identity and proof of address. I would call to check in on the process of my loan and one time I was told it was paused because the girl who started it took the day off then I called again and they had no Information even after sending in my information. Constant barage of calls for someone I haven't spoken to in years. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want weekly voice mails.
Rosa was very professional and took care of everything to get me financing in a prompt manner. If there were 10 stars, I would choose it. Go see her!!!!
