One star is too much! Where do I start? The employees are not fully trained and often give false information. I was told I could cash their check at Wells Fargo… that was incorrect. Wells Fargo does not have a contract to cash their checks which they don’t tell you. So most likely you must pay a fee to cash their checks which check. Regional finance does not cash checks. I applied for a loan in store and the interest rate was higher than what I was offered in the mail from Regional finance. The customer service is poor as th... read more
