Terrible customer service. Staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Simple questions were met with attitude instead of professionalism. I would not recommend this place.
Ashley assisted me today in processing a loan today. She was very friendly. A great help in answering all of my questions. At the end l was able to get a loan. I would definitely recommend her to others. I like the way she use eye contact when she talks.
In the past two days, I have received two different loan amounts being offered to me through mail. I went into Regional Finance to inquire about it. I met with a young lady, Maria Perez, she answered all my questions. She was able to offer me a loan almost double the amount with better interest rate. These ladies were all super nice and very helpful. I am going to recommend this location specifically, to my friends and family if ever they are in need of taking out a loan.
