The lady who helped me with the loan process was knowledgeable and informative. The process was easy enough. I was able to borrow the funds I needed and in a timely manner. The interest was higher than I expected but I'm sure that was due to my credit score. Overall not a bad experience

The reason for this complaint is that, after reviewing my balance against the payments I made to fully settle the loan I received from you, I noticed a charge of $500 USD.
