I was paying my loan on time until I fell into a hardship. They knew this. They told me they will defer 2 payments. Then they were auto texting me to make a payment and I called them and they said ignore those text they are automatic your next payment is May. Then about 2 weeks later a woman calls telling me she is sorry she can only defer one payment. Oh well. I don't have it yet I was shooting for May like they originally told me.
