My biggest problem how they do business after the loan. Cash or check only, no cards, they are open 9-6 M-F no mailed statements no convenant way to mail payments, no online payments. You can bet your ass they will hit you with a outrageous late charge if you are a day late. For a company that says they have been in business over 25 years you would think they would do business as if they were in the 21st century. Unless this is your last resort I would look elsewhere.
I can't speak for all the Regional Finance places,but the Kannapolis Nc, Regional have been the most understanding and greatest group to take a loan out with. Eric and his people not only care about the money but they also really do care about the well being of the borrower. I RECOMEND Regional Finance of Kannapolis Very highly. GREAT PEOPLE!!!
