Do not trust Regional Finance. I authorized a $100 payment but the employee at the Dairy Ashford branch drafted $281 out of my account instead. I called about the matter and was told the lady responsible "Nicole" (I doubt that was her real name) was no longer with the company and left the company the same day the payment was scheduled from my account and the reason she left was none of my business. They offered no way to resolve the issue or take responsibility.
Save your time and go somewhere else, they have the worst customer service! the Manager Omar.. is super mean and this company lies to the customers they end up charging people a lot more interests. and the little office that only has a few desks and one computer gives a really bad presentation. I have a loan with this company and since day 1 they are trouble. people is disrespectful and mean, doesn't matter if they are in front of you or over the phone,I don't recommend at all
