It was fast and pleasant service. And the manager is always a pleasure to work with her..
Everyone was very nice and caring
After I paid my loan off online in Feb. I got notice in November that my next payment was due. I was charged interest on a zero balance because I was told I didn’t call to say loan was paid off. Maybe I am crazy but I thought when you pay in full the total amount that it is over.
