I made a loan & it was an approved but they said they’d get back to me & they never did I called in today & the person that did my loan isn’t it . So I just canceled the loan it’s stupid to be approved & then take so long to even get back to you
I opened up a loan with this branch about 2 weeks ago, I went with them since they told me I could give principal payments with cash in the branch.Now that I try and give a payment they tell that’s not an option! And I call the main office and they say that was never an options so they lied horrible place to do business!!!!
worst service and it’s not the first time they really need to be more professional suppose-ably they are corporate
