They need to be more cash payment friendly if they are going to charge you for making a payment with your debit card because they don't have money available to give change when someone pays with cash to avoid the almost 3 dollar surcharge for paying your bill. Shame and disgusting abuse of payment latitudes. Don't receipts normally have balances and number of payments for a payoff? Really disappointed.
Today we had a horrible service by female worker "Garcia". She didn't want to say her first name since it was over the phone. I really hope calls are recorded because I asked to speak with the manager and they said she'll be back from vacations on monday. Ms. Garcia was extremely rude and unprofessional during the phone call. She wouldn't let us talk. Kept talking over us and even hung up the call.
