Really hard to call in lol don’t recommend
My experience with this fertility clinic has been increasingly frustrating and disheartening. Recently, I spoke with Nurse Nachelle, hoping to gain some clarity and support during a difficult time. Unfortunately, the conversation left me feeling even more discouraged. I wanted to book an appointment, but the experiences of previous people made me cancel the idea. Thank you to everyone who went to the clinic and put their review, and sorry to everyone who deceives people with unfairly positive reviews, the clinic should take its issues seriously or close the clinic and let people go for treatment abroad.
I don't know what the deal is with this fertility clinic but I've been trying to get the results for over two weeks. Every time I call they say they'll refax the results and then send blank lab results to the doctor. I am also hearing from my doctor that they have had many issues with this lab in the past. Now that I see the reviews it comes to no surprise, I just don't know why they are still in business if they don't take it seriously. It also leaves with less options and there is not much we can do from our end.
As a new person undergoing treatments I would expect more empathy and kindness. Front staff and phone service is incredible, and nurses are amazing. Pharmacy however is rude, short and unhelpful. I am disappointed and saddened by the way I was spoken to and made to feel like a nuisance since this is my first time with such medications and my nerves and anxiety needed someone to help me navigate this. I will avoid getting my medication fulfilled there as much as possible.
